Terms & Conditions
All clients should read through the Enhance Cosmetic Solutions terms and conditions prior to booking an appointment. This is to protect the practice and to allow us to provide an optimum service to the client. By scheduling an appointment, you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions set out by Enhance Cosmetic Solutions below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To change or cancel an appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed or cancelled appointments after this period will incur a charge of £25.
TREATMENTs
A £25 deposit is required to secure a treatment booking. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. Consultations are free, but a booking fee of £25 is required, which is refunded in full if you choose not to proceed with a treatment, or you are found unsuitable to go ahead with a procedure at the time of consultation. If you decide to go ahead with treatment following consultation, the deposit already paid will be deducted from the total price.
Before any treatment can go ahead, you will be required to read and sign an Enhance Cosmetic Solution Consent Form. Signing your consent, indicates you understand the risks as well as the benefits of having a treatment. You are also accepting that no guarantee can be offered regarding the outcome and result.
Following assessment, we will inform you immediately regarding your suitability to receive a treatment, prior to any treatment being carried out. If you are unsuitable, we will explain the reasons and endeavour to offer you an alternative.
If you are given anti-ageing injections, an adjustment to the original dose may be required at your review appointment (14 – 28 days post treatment). This will be provided free of charge, if our nurse assesses it as necessary.
No treatments will be eligible for a refund.
LIABILITY
Enhance Cosmetic Solutions will not be liable in any capacity for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), This includes any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the customer.
Children allowed into treatment areas at the discretion of the practitioner.
Enhance Cosmetic Solutions are unable to supervise minors left unattended in the waiting area. Please do not bring Children below the age of 12 need to be supervised by a responsible adult whilst you are receiving your treatment.
It is the responsibility of each client to provide our nurse with all relevant medical information, prior to each treatment. Enhance Cosmetic Solutions will not be liable for any consequences that occurs as a result of failure to disclose relevant details.
All clients must agree to adhere to all instructions outlined by Enhance Cosmetic Solutions, regarding the care of any treatment. These terms of business shall not exclude or limit Enhance Cosmetic Solutions liability for death or personal injury as a result of Enhance Cosmetic Solutions negligence.
